Troubleshooting steps:

  • I have paid the balance but the tickets haven’t been received – have you checked your junk/spam filter? Please also be aware that we do manually check all payments so there may be a small delay in the tickets getting to you.
  • I can’t login to my account – Have you reset your password, you can do this yourself by clicking the lost password link on the login page or from the menu.
  • My account doesn’t exist – Did you create an account when you checked out? – we changed this option a few months after creating this site so that all users must create an account when checking out, thus simplifying the process. If you cannot access your account, please get in touch via the contact form.
